In the 1980s, I began exhbiting my own work solo and in group shows. Recently, I've switched almost exclusively to digital photogaphy. Though I miss basking in the safelight's warm glow, the smell of fixer, and the magic of seeing prints develop before me, I've come to embrace the technology for what it is, and love the freedom and control it provides. With modern equipment and a good understanding of the tools, one can produce images that rival the beauty of silver based prints, and with sites like Imagekind, sharing photographs has become easier than ever.
